These Terms of Use and Service Agreement (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and M2Talents, operated by Mo Mohamed, Munich, Germany (the “Provider”), governing your use of the ApplicantGrid platform at applicantgrid.com (the “Service”).
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ApplicantGrid is a SaaS job search management platform. It includes application tracking, email integration, AI-powered career tools, networking contact management, and search utilities.
The Provider makes no guarantees that use of the Service will result in job offers, interviews, employment, or any professional outcome. The User bears sole responsibility for all career decisions.
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party dependencies.
ApplicantGrid is actively developed. Features may change. In the event of critical service failure, the Provider has no less than 30 calendar days beyond any statutory refund period to restore service.
The Service offers free and paid tiers priced in Euros (€) inclusive of VAT. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are governed by EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Beyond the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, fees are non-refundable.
AI Features (CV review, rewriting, interview prep) are subject to a fair usage policy. Usage allowances are set by the Provider at its sole discretion based on internal metrics including computational token usage and infrastructure costs. The Provider may throttle or suspend AI Features for excessive, disproportionate, or abusive usage.
AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. The User is solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before use.
The Service is for personal, individual job search use only. Prohibited conduct includes: sharing credentials, commercial use, automated access, reverse engineering, circumventing security features, prompt injection attacks on AI, and any unlawful or abusive use.
The Provider may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts and refuse refunds for violations or suspected violations, at its sole discretion.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Provider’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months (€10 for free-tier users). The Provider is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Data processing is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
All IP in the Service belongs to the Provider. User-created content remains the User’s property.
Users may cancel at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts with or without cause. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
The Provider is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
